Orders

I’m having trouble placing an order on the web, can I call in my order?

Absolutely! If you’re having trouble with our website, please call 1-800-601-0903 to place any and all orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept FSA and HSA cards on eligible items (look for the “FSA & HSA eligible” checkmark on our product pages).

Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

Yes, you may check the website for deals or join our newsletter to stay up to date with our offerings. After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Shipping

Are your packages shipped discreet?

Almost all of our products are delivered in plain, discreet cardboard boxes with no logo.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

  • Orders less than $24.95, Shipping is $9.95
  • Orders less than $49.95, Shipping is $8.95
  • Orders less than $89.95, Shipping is $7.95
  • Orders less than $99.95, Shipping is Free

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What carriers do you use to ship orders?

We use UPS to ship all of our orders.

Do I need to be there to sign for my order?

No, there is no need to be at your place of shipment when it arrives. 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, but our shipping carriers are able to access almost any location, even in rural areas.

What is auto-ship?

Our auto-ship program allows customers to set up regular, recurring orders without having to give us a call or visit our site. Busy caregivers never have to worry about running out of supplies and can enjoy products delivered to your doorstep when you need them the most. Have too many products on hand? You can always skip, change, or cancel your shipment.

Are there auto-ship discounts?

Yes! We offer 5% off every reoccurring order of eligible products.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Do you offer exchanges?

Courtesy Care is committed to provided the highest level of products and services to meet your needs. If your order contains any incorrect or damaged items please contact us within five days of receiving your order and we will provide an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to refund/return or exchange your order. We will gladly exchange or refund any unopened items less shipping cost unless it is deemed the fault of Courtesy Care. We are unable to accept returns of opened packages due to sanitary reasons. Please follow the directions below to return/exchange any items in your order:

  • Call our customer service representative at (800) 601-0903 to discuss your return exchange and receive your RMA number. Please have your invoice number or account number available.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and/or sealed packaging.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip checking the items that you are returning and noting your RMA number.

  • Your refund will be issued in accordance with the method of payment used and processed within 5 days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable unless deemed the fault of Courtesy Care Supplies. Special order items are non-returnable.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order with Courtesy Care at any time. If the order has not shipped there will be no cancellation fees charged. However, if the order has shipped the cancellation will be subject to 3% credit card processing fee and 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.
